Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine
(OMM)
Dr. Yuliya ("Julie") Tsimring was born in Ukraine and raised in Central NJ. She attended Montclair State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Community Health Education and Jewish American Studies. She then earned her medical degree at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. Following medical school, she completed a residency in General Pediatrics at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. After practicing General Pediatrics for a few years, Dr. Tsimring recognized that something was missing - the approach of viewing the patient as a whole and complete being. Once Dr. Tsimring recognized this opportunity to transform her approach, she then completed a fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine/Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at Morristown Medical Center. Today, Dr. Tsimring treats both adults and children. She is the only physician in the state of New Jersey to be board certified in both General Pediatrics and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine/Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. In her free time, she spends time with her husband and three children, mostly chasing the kids and cleaning up messes.
