The Togethernest
Approach
At Togethernest, we provide collaborative, multi-specialty healthcare for new mothers, babies, and their families. Our approach focuses on offering services that augment physician care, in one convenient location. We pride ourselves on excellent communication between practitioners, to offer a true team approach. We are a growing practice, and we continue to add highly trained and experienced providers. Our goal is to support your family's journey with compassion and expertise.

Breastfeeding Medicine & Lactation
Togethernest offers comprehensive breastfeeding medicine and lactation support, led by Chaya Lighten, MHA, RPA-C, IBCLC. As both a PA and IBCLC, Chaya can assist with challenges such as painful latch, and low milk supply but can address more complex matters such as hormone imbalances, recurrent/complex breast infections and specializes in diagnosing tethered oral tissue (TOTs). She also has additional training in bottle refusal, oral habilitation, and therapeutic ultrasound.

Bodywork
Our bodywork services use gentle, hands-on therapies to support balance, comfort, and healing for all ages, from newborns to adults, addressing everything from tension and pain to postpartum emotional wellness.
Osteopathic Manual Medicine is the only hands-on bodywork modality performed by a fully licensed physician (DO) and is guided by medical diagnosis, physical examination, and an understanding of how all body systems interact. One of the foundational tenets of osteopathic medicine is that the body is a unit — an integrated whole of body, mind, and spirit. In that vein, Dr. Tsimring’s goal is to assist the individual in finding their place of balance and comfort. This is achieved through gentle hands-on mobilization of all the body’s tissues - ranging from bone to ligament, fascia to muscle, and all others as well.

Janyne Vasel and Kim Ellner are both sought-after bodyworkers who practice multiple modalities and treat all ages. They use craniosacral (CST) & craniosacral fascial (CFT) therapies and myofascial techniques to release tension in the body's connective tissue system. These therapies can help with infantile colic, tethered oral tissue (TOTs) in all ages, headaches, and even post-partum depression and anxiety.
The postpartum period can be overwhelming, isolating, and very different from what many mothers expect. Anxiety, intrusive thoughts, sadness, irritability, emotional numbness, or worries about bonding are common—and they are not signs of failure.
Adina Rauer, LCSW support mothers experiencing depression, anxiety, and emotional distress after birth. We view these challenges as natural nervous system responses to profound physical, hormonal, and identity changes, not personal flaws. Care is compassionate, evidence-based, and integrated within a multispecialty practice focused on both mother and baby.
